Abigail Hanks, MS, NCRI

Abby Hanks is a Senior Program Consultant with the Virginia Department of Social Services in the Virginia Community Services Block Grant Office. Abby provides grant management, training, and technical assistance to the 31 Community Action Agencies in Virginia. She received her M.S. in Higher Education from the University of Rhode Island and her B.S. in Mass Communication from Towson University.
