Chris Hale is the Director of Care Providers Insurance Services, a specialty insurance program built by NSM Insurance Group. For more than 25 years, Care Providers has been an industry leader delivering best-in-class coverages for nonprofit and social service organizations that serve our communities. Chris is responsible for the overall management of the program and maintaining effective underwriting operations. Chris has more than 19 years of industry experience in various leadership roles, including claims, underwriting and brokerage with top-tier companies including The Hartford, Marsh and Travelers Insurance. Chris is a passionate leader in the nonprofit space, focused on risk management and the unique insurance needs of social services, religious and educational sectors.
