Kosha Shiswawala serves as Chief Financial Officer for Counterpart International, leading and managing Counterpart’s global financial operations. Kosha oversees Counterpart’s financial compliance, accounting, and reporting.
Kosha joined Counterpart in January 2011 as Corporate Finance Manager. Since then, she has progressively advanced to more responsible positions over the last 8 years, serving as Director of Corporate Finance, Controller, and Vice President of Finance. Kosha has had an expansive career of over 20 years, serving in varied positions in public accounting, international development, commercial banking, and investment banking. She has the experience of living and working in four countries across three continents. Kosha believes that a strong core finance function combined with innovative and effective programs implementation can achieve the highest impact.
Kosha graduated with a BCOM, Finance and Economics from the University of Mumbai, India. She is a Certified Chartered Accountant – India as well as a certified CPA.
