Speaker Bio
Lauren LeMunyan is the Founder of Spitfire Coach, an adaptive leadership development firm based in Alexandria, VA. Spitfire Coach was born out of a need to create safe and supportive spaces for emerging and existing leaders to harness their unique voice, develop necessary skills for constantly changing environments, and build leadership pipelines for the future.
Lauren is a PCC ICF-accredited coach with more than 2,400 certified hours working with over 400 clients in tech, design, health care, nonprofits, and financial services. Before becoming a coach, Lauren served as Executive Director of three global trade associations and has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience.
Inspired by her work with overloaded professionals and her burnout journey, in 2018, Lauren published her first book, “Spitting Fire: Your Guide to Reignite Your Passion at Home, Work and Beyond.” In December 2020, Lauren released her follow-up book, “The ABCs of Awesome Living.” Lauren also hosts a weekly entrepreneur-focused podcast, “The Spitfire Podcast.”
Lauren is a certified coach for The Four Stages of Psychological Safety; an iPEC trained professional coach, an ICF Mentor Coach, an MBTI Certified Practitioner, a Certified Resentment Release Master Practitioner, and a graduate of Rutgers University.
