Speaker Bio

Scott A. Carroll is Office Managing Principal of the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio, offices of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Mr. Carroll represents clients across the spectrum of labor and employment law, including wrongful discharge litigation, collective bargaining, union avoidance, and human resources counseling for multi-state and multi-national employers. He has expertise in Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank matters as well as multi-plaintiff employment cases.

Mr. Carroll lectures frequently on all aspects of labor and employment law matters. Mr. Carroll serves on the National Board of Directors for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). His service to LLS in Cincinnati and nationally began in 2005. During law school, he was a member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. After law school, he clerked for The Honorable Sandra S. Beckwith in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio from 1993-1995.
