As Vice President of Risk and Compliance at Teach For America, Tara is responsible for assessing new educational, business, and programmatic opportunities. Tara leads the ERM program at Teach For America, an organization that was an early adopter of ERM compared to other US nonprofits. Tara graduated from the University of Michigan and received an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
